Gastritis merupakan peradangan yang terjadi pada lapisan lambung disebabkan oleh faktor lain diantaranya tidak teraturnya pola makan, mengkonsumsi kopi, teh, alkohol. Angka kejadian gastritis pada beberapa daerah di Indonesia cukup tinggi dengan prevelensi 274.396 kasus dari 238.452.952 jiwa penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan santri kelas XI dan XII di Pondok Pesantren Al-Islam Kota Serang mengenai penggunaan obat antasida. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan secara observasional yang bersifat deskriptif dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel pada penelitian adalah santri pondok pesantren Al-Islam yang berjumlah 85 Responden. Alat yang digunakan lembar kuesioner yang terdiri dari 15 pertanyaan. Analisa data dilakukan secara deskriptif yaitu menghitung jawaban yang benar kemudian dihitung persentase tingkat pengetahuan dan dikategorikan berdasarkan baik, cukup, kurang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasantri memiliki tingkat pengetahuan dalam kategori baik 28,2%, cukup 60%, dan 11,8% kurang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar santri belum sepenuhnya memahami penggunaan antasida secara benar, terutama terkait efek samping dan aturan pakai. Kurangnya akses informasi serta minimnya edukasi kesehatan menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan santri tentang penggunaan obat antasida masuk dalam kategori cukup.

The prevalence of gastritis in Central Java reached 79.6%, in Magelang Regency, gastritis is a disease that occurs frequently in 2019-2021. The incidence of gastritis at the Puruhita Health Center Clinic increased from July to October 2024, this affects the use of DOEN antacid drugs which continues to increase. This study aims to determine the level of patient knowledge regarding the use of DOEN antacid drugs in the treatment of gastritis.
This research method is observational and descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The sample is patients diagnosed with gastritis and meets the inclusion criteria. The sampling method uses purposive sampling with a total of 66 respondents. Data analysis is in the form of quantitative data from the results of questionnaire answers. The results of the answers are then calculated using a formula and grouped based on the percentage of good, sufficient, and poor knowledge levels.
The results of the study showed that the level of respondent knowledge regarding the use of DOEN Antacid drugs consisted of 2 categories, namely the good category of 54 respondents (81.8%) and the sufficient category of 12 respondents (18.2%). Factors that influence the level of knowledge of respondents include access to information and experience in treating diseases, so that a good level of knowledge will have an impact on the patient's clinical outcome, one of which is the achievement of the therapeutic effect of the drug. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of patient knowledge regarding the use of DOEN Antacid drugs is in the good category.

The incidence of gastritis in Indonesia is quite high, namely 274,396 cases out of a population of 238,452,952. The increase in incidence is influenced by lifestyles that pay less attention to health. Public knowledge is needed in treating gastritis to prevent recurrence. The majority of people's knowledge regarding gastritis treatment is still in the inadequate category. This study aims to determine the level of community knowledge in treating gastritis in Pringgolayan Hamlet, Banguntapan, Bantul in January - February 2024.
The research method uses descriptive observational with sampling using purposive sampling with a population of 2,931 people and a sample of 100 respondents. The data observed included the level of knowledge in treating gastritis in Pringgolayan Hamlet, Banguntapan, Bantul. The data was then analyzed descriptively, namely describing a picture of knowledge in a situation with good, sufficient and poor levels of knowledge.

Self-medication is treatment that is done by yourself. Self-medication or self-medication in the city of Yogyakarta increased from 2020-2022 with a percentage of 72.19%; 84.23%; 84.32%. Gastritis is an inflammation that occurs in the gastric mucosa, which is better known to the public as an ulcer. Gastritis is included in the category of the top 10 diseases in the Yogyakarta city health center with 18,988 cases. This study is to determine the level of knowledge of patients at Harapan Sehat Pharmacy Yogyakarta about gastritis self-medication. The research method uses descriptive observational using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling of 80 respondents. The criteria for the level of knowledge of respondents were grouped with 3 categories, namely good, sufficient and lacking. The results obtained from the level of knowledge about gastritis self-medication with a good category of 46 people (57.5%), a sufficient category of 23 people (28.75%) and a poor category of 11 people (13.75%). The conclusion of this study is that patients who experience gastritis have good knowledge of gastritis self-medication carried out at Harapan Sehat Pharmacy Yogyakarta.

Gastritis adalah peradangan pada mukosa lambung. Persentase dari angka kejadian gastritis di Indonesia menurut WHO adalah 40,8%. Berdasarkan Profil Kesehatan Kabupaten Gunungkidul tahun 2017, gastritis merupakan 10 besar penyakit yang tercatat di sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan puskesmas sebanyak 5.763 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penggunaan obat gastritis di Puskesmas Purwosari Gunungkidul periode Januari-Juni 2022.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakan observasional yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengambilan data secara retrospektif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 110 data kasus di Puskesmas Purwosari Gunungkidul periode Januari-Juni 2022. Analisa data yang diamati, yaitu gambaran penggunaan obat gastritis. Karakteristik pasien meliputi usia dan jenis kelamin.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian tentang gambaran penggunaan obat gastritis di Puskesmas Purwosari Gunungkidul menunjukkan bahwa dari 110 pasien gastritis yang paling banyak yaitu perempuan sebanyak 83 pasien (75,45%), karakteristik berdasarkan usia paling banyak pada usia dewasa yaitu 40 pasien (36,36%). Berdasarkan gambaran penggunaan obat gastritis yang banyak digunakan yaitu Antasida sebanyak 50 pasien (45,46%) dibandingkan dengan penggunaan obat ranitidin yaitu 19 pasien (17,27%) dan penggunaan obat kombinasi antara antasida + ranitidin yaitu 41 pasien (37,27%).

Based on the results it was found that the level of knowledge of patients at the Bangunjiwo Pharmacy included indications, drug samples, how to use the drug, duration or duration of drug use in the good category by 65 respondents with a percentage of 69.89%, patients with an adequate level of knowledge were 26 respondents with a percentage of 27.96%, and patients with less knowledge level were 2 respondents with a percentage of 2.15%. The conclusion from the results of research that has been conducted regarding the level of public knowledge regarding the use of antidyspepsia drugs at the Bangunjiwo Pharmacy is categorized in the good category.
