Anemia merupakan suatu kondisi medis yang ditandai dengan menurunnya
jumlah sel darah merah atau kadar hemoglobin dalam darah sehingga kemampuan darah untuk membawa oksigen ke seluruh jaringan tubuh menjadi berkurang yang sering dialami oleh remaja putri akibat kekurangan zat besi. Kondisi ini dapat berdampak pada menurunnya konsentrasi belajar, produktivitas, serta kesehatan reproduksi di masa depan. Upaya pencegahan anemia dikalangan remaja putri dilakukan melalui program pemberian TTD secara rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah untuk pencegahan anemia di Desa Nglanggeran Patuk Gunungkidul.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik
pengambilan simple random sampling atau pengambilan sampel secara acak dari 5 dusun yang ada di Desa Nglanggeran Patuk Gunungkidul. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah melalui proses validasi. Hasil
jawaban responden kemudian diolah dengan menghitung persentase jawaban benar, selanjutnya tingkat pengetahuan diklasifikasi ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu baik, cukup, kurang.
Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu remaja putri yang memiliki pengetahuan
baik sebanyak 46 (61,3%) responden, pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 27 (36%)
responden, dan pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 2 (2,7%) responden. Dapat
disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri tentang tablet tambah darah untuk pencegahan anemia adalah baik.

In teenage girls need iron intake that must be sufficient. Lack of iron nutritional intake can cause anemia which will have an impact on body resistance, fitness, and academic achievement. Awareness of blood-added tablets consumption by girls during menstruation cannot be separated from information and knowledge. The purpose of this study is to find out the level of knowledge of teenage girls about the consumption of blood-added tablets in Public Senior High School 1 Sentolo Kulon Progo in February 2025. This study is a descriptive observasional. The population in this study is female students of Public Senior High School 1 Sentolo totaling 335 female students with a sample of 85 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire regarding the level of knowledge of teenage girls about the consumptions of blood-added tablets. Data analysis is carried out percentage measurement then categorized into good, sufficient, and less level. The result and conclusion of this study are that 48 (56,47%) respondents have a good level of knowledge, 36 respondents (42,35%) have a sufficient level of knowledge, and 1 respondent (1,18%) has less knowledge level. The level of knowledge of teenage girls about the consumption of blood-added tablets in Public Senior High School 1 Sentolo is in the good category.

The incidence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is quite high, with primary type dysmenorrhea around 54.89% while the rest sufferers with secondary dysmenorrhea. Adolescents' knowledge is very much needed in carrying out appropriate management of dysmenorrhea to improve their quality of life. The majority of adolescents girls knowledge regarding the management of dysmenorrhea is still in the poor category. The aim of this research was to determine the level of knowledge of adolescents girls regarding the management of dysmenorrhea in Pringgolayan Hamlet, Bantul. The method used in this research is descriptive observational and sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was 100 respondents from a population of 1,464 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire containing the definition, signs and symptoms, risk factors and management of dysmenorrhea. The data was then analyzed descriptively, namely describing a picture of knowledge in a situation with good, sufficient and poor levels of knowledge

This research was conducted using a descriptive observational method
using a closed questionnaire. The population in this study was all
teenage girls who live in Gamping Lor Ambarketawang Village, Gamping Sleman
with a research sample of 55 young women in Gamping Lor hamlet. Analysis
The data uses the scores of each respondent which are obtained later
calculated using the formula (Arikunto, 2013) which shows categorization
good, sufficient and not in accordance with the percentage results obtained.
