Storage is the activity of organizing pharmaceutical supplies according to established requirements in accordance with the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies. Improper storage can cause drug damage, harm the pharmacy, and endanger patient safety. This study aims to determine the appropriateness of drug storage at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy. This research method used a descriptive observational study design with a sample of 646 drugs. Data collection used a checklist based on the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacies. Data analysis was based on Drug Storage Conditions and Drug Storage Procedures at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy. The results were then calculated and presented to categorize the implementation of drug storage compliance at the pharmacy based on very good, good, fair, poor, and very poor. The results showed that the storage evaluation system at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy was compliant with the implementation of the drug storage system at 85.18% of 27 variables, and compliant with the storage system at 14.81% of 27 variables. The conclusion of the study at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy was not fully in accordance with the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Standards in Pharmacies with a very good category. Obat yang disimpan di rumah tangga tersebut diantaranya merupakan obat yang sedang digunakan (32,1%), obat sisa (47,0%) dan obat untuk persediaan (42,2%). Masalah kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan obat masih banyak ditemui di masyarakat, masyarakat tidak dapat semaunya dalam menyimpan obat, apalagi jika obat tersebut perlu pengawasan tenaga kesehatan selama penggunaannya seperti obat keras dan antibiotik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan tentang penyimpanan obat pada masyarakat di Dusun Pereng Dawe Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana pengambilan sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 96,153 dan dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang sedangkan pada jumlah populasi yang terdiri dari 6 RT berjumlah 2.500 jiwa. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk deskriptif hasil persentase dengan memberi skor atau penilaian dan di interpretasikan dengan kriteria tingkat pengetahuan dalam kategori baik, cukup, kurang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat Dusun Pereng Dawe Sleman memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik 76%, cukup 5% dan kurang 19%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat di Dusun Pereng Dawe Sleman termasuk dalam kategori baik

This research is a descriptive observational research by making direct observations of the drug storage system system in the form of a check list and conducting direct interviews with the person in charge of Wisnu Pharmacy. the person in charge of Wisnu Pharmacy. Data collection using 3 indicators drug storage, then the data is analyzed descriptively and percented to get the results of the suitability of drug storage. to get the results of the suitability of drug storage.

The purpose of pharmaceutical service standards is to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensure legal certainty and protect patients against inappropriate use of drugs. One of the pharmaceutical activities is drug storage. The purpose of drug storage is to maintain the quality and stability of a pharmaceutical preparation, maintain safety, availability and avoid irresponsible use of drugs. Inappropriate drug storage causes the quality of the drug to be damaged and the drug to be damaged before it expires. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of drug storage at Poyahan Pharmacy with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies. This study is a descriptive observational study through data collection which is carried out by observation. Data collection using a check list sheet. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively by looking at drug storage at Poyahan Pharmacy.
