Errors in drug storage can cause drugs to become ineffective ineffective and even result in drug damage. This research is a descriptive observational research by making direct observations of the drug storage system system in the form of a check list and conducting direct interviews with the person in charge of Wisnu Pharmacy. the person in charge of Wisnu Pharmacy. Data collection using 3 indicators drug storage, then the data is analyzed descriptively and percented to get the results of the suitability of drug storage. to get the results of the suitability of drug storage.

The purpose of pharmaceutical service standards is to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensure legal certainty and protect patients against inappropriate use of drugs. One of the pharmaceutical activities is drug storage. The purpose of drug storage is to maintain the quality and stability of a pharmaceutical preparation, maintain safety, availability and avoid irresponsible use of drugs. Inappropriate drug storage causes the quality of the drug to be damaged and the drug to be damaged before it expires. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of drug storage at Poyahan Pharmacy with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies. This study is a descriptive observational study through data collection which is carried out by observation. Data collection using a check list sheet. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively by looking at drug storage at Poyahan Pharmacy.

Hypertension is one of the number one causes of death in the world. This research took place at the Umbulharjo II Health Center, Yogyakarta, where there were 452 cases of hypertension in November-December 2023. The aim of this study was to determine the pattern of hypertensi drug prescribing in BPJS patients at the Umbulharjo II Yogyakarta Community Health Center for the period November-December 2023.
This research uses descriptive observasional methods. Data were collected retrospectively by taking samples using a purposing sampling method, namely looking at medical record data of hypertensive patients in November-December 2023. The data studied at the Umbulharjo II Yogyakarta Community in November-December 2023 include 213 prescriptions listed in the medical records. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively by calculating the percentage of types or classifications of hypertension drugs and the appropriateness drugs and the dose to be used.

Yogyakarta menepati posisi ke-4 di Indonesia sebagai provinsi dengan kasus hipertensi yang cukup tinggi sebesar 251.100 kasus. Kasus hipertensi menduduki peringkat pertama dari sepuluh besar penyakit yang berada di Puskesmas Minggir. Tingginya angka kejadian hipertensi berdampak pada morbiditas dan mortalitas masyarakat. Pentingnya pola peresepan secara rasional untuk mengendalikan permasalahan kasus hipertensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pola peresepan obat antihipertensi di Puskesmas Minggir pada periode Oktober – November 2022. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitan metode observasional yang bersifat analitik dengan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif dari resep pasien. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel di Puskesmas Minggir sebanyak 100 resep. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggambarkan dan menghitung persentase meliputi karakteristik pasien, jenis dan penggolongan obat antihipertensi dan ketepatan dosis obat antihipertensi berdasarkan Joint National Committee 8 (JNC 8). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Minggir lebih banyak pada perempuan (71%), pola peresepan obat antihipertensi denhan pengobatan terapi tunggal paling banyak yaitu amlodipin (23%) dari golongan Calcium Channel Blocker (CCB) dan pengobatan dengan terapi kombinasi yaitu amlodipin dengan captopril (23%). Ketepatan dosis obat antihipertensi sebesar 100%.
