Evaluasi Penyimpanan Obat di Apotek Beji Farma 2 Bulan Januari 2025
Storage is the activity of organizing pharmaceutical supplies according to established requirements in accordance with the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacies. Improper storage can cause drug damage, harm the pharmacy, and endanger patient safety. This study aims to determine the appropriateness of drug storage at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy. This research method used a descriptive observational study design with a sample of 646 drugs. Data collection used a checklist based on the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacies. Data analysis was based on Drug Storage Conditions and Drug Storage Procedures at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy. The results were then calculated and presented to categorize the implementation of drug storage compliance at the pharmacy based on very good, good, fair, poor, and very poor. The results showed that the storage evaluation system at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy was compliant with the implementation of the drug storage system at 85.18% of 27 variables, and compliant with the storage system at 14.81% of 27 variables. The conclusion of the study at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy was not fully in accordance with the 2019 Technical Guidelines for Pharmaceutical Standards in Pharmacies with a very good category.
