Abstrak
Storage is an activity of arranging pharmaceutical supplies according to the requirements that have been set in accordance with the Technical Instructions for Standard Pharmaceutical Services in Pharmacies 2019. Improper storage can cause damage to drugs, harm the pharmacy and endanger patient safety. This study aims to determine the suitability of drug storage at Beji Farma Pharmacy 2. This research method uses a descriptive observational research design with a total of 646 drugs, based on the storage of Over-the-Counter Drugs, Limited Over-the-Counter Drugs, Prescription Drugs, High Alert, and LASA. Data analysis is presented in the form of a checklist table of observation results, then calculated and percentageed and then analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that the storage evaluation system at Beji Farma 2 Pharmacy was 85.18% of 27 appropriate variables. The inappropriate storage system was 14.81% of 27 variables. It can be concluded that the drug storage evaluation is in the very good category.
