The prevalence of ARI in toddlers in Indonesia continues to increase every year, which is 12.8%. Based on data from the health service in 2019, the discovery of ISPA cases in the city of Yogyakarta in 2018, the highest number of ISPA cases was at the Margangsan Health Center, namely 386 cases. Treatment for ARI patients uses antibiotics such as Amoxicillin and Cefotaxime, as well as additional pharmacological therapies. This study aims to determine the Pattern of Prescribing Antibiotics for ARI in toddlers at the Kotagede I Health Center in Yogyakarta for the period August-November 2024.
This study used a descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection. Data collection through antibiotic prescriptions from toddler patients with 80 samples of ISPA treatment. The data obtained were analyzed using a descriptive analytical method with percentage results.
The results of the study that has been conducted on the Pattern of Prescribing Antibiotics for ISPA in Toddlers at the Kotagede I Health Center in Yogyakarta for the period August - November 2024, the name of the most widely used drug is Amoxicillin with 76 prescriptions (95%), the most widely used drug group is the Penicillin group with 76 prescriptions (95%). So it can be concluded that the antibiotic used for ISPA is Amoxicillin with the Penicillin group.

The incidence of ARI in Indonesia in 2022 based on data amounted to 513,739 cases. Treatment in patients with acute rhinitis pharyngitis disorders is by using antibiotics and additional pharmacological therapy that can be given, namely decongestant drugs that can treat nasal congestion, antihistamine drugs that can reduce sneezing. This study aims to determine the pattern of antibiotic drug prescribing in patients with acute rhinitis pharyngitis disorders at the Kimia Farma 275 Yogyakarta Clinic in the October-December 2023 period. This study used a descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection. Data collection through antibiotic prescriptions from patients with symptoms of Acute Rhinitis Pharyngitis at the Kimia Farma Clinic 275 Yogyakarta in the period October-December 2023.

The 2018 riskesdas results show that the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in Indonesia is 2%. This figure shows an increase compared to the prevalence of diabetes mellitus in the 2013 riskesdas results, which was 1.5%. The prevalence of diabetes mellitus cases in the city of Yogyakarta reached 4.9%. Diabetes is generally caused by lifestyle and behavioral patterns, especially diet and inactivity. The lack of knowledge of patients regarding treatment regimens, the benefits of drugs or therapies causes patients to be non-compliant in carrying out their own treatment. This study aims to determine the level of patient knowledge regarding type 2 diabetes mellitus therapy at Rajawali Citra Bantul Hospital in February-March 2024. This research method was carried out descriptively observational with purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire sheet consisting of 20 questions which will previously be tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis with univariate analysis using Microsoft Excel. The results of the questionnaire filling were calculated the correct answer score and calculated the percentage score to group the categories of good, sufficient, and less good. with the aim of getting a picture in the form of a percentage related to the level of knowledge about diabetes mellitus therapy.
