Analgesic NSAID are drugs used to relieve pain without losing consciousness. Generally used as an effective drug to relieve headaches, joint pain, muscle pain, and severe pain that is difficult to control. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of prescribing (NSAIDs) at the Ramadhan Pharmacy in Yogyakarta. This study used a descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection on patient prescriptions for the period July - December 2024. The sampling technique in this study used the simple random sampling technique on 100 prescriptions. Data analysis includes patient characteristics (age) and NSAID analgesic drug prescription patterns (name, dose of drug and rules for using analgesic drugs). This study shows results based on the characteristics of the most common patient age, namely the age range of 19-59 years by 72%. The name of the analgesic obtained in the study at the Ramadhan Yogyakarta Pharmacy is ibuprofen by 39%. Then for the dose that has been adjusted to the dose in MIMS shows that out of 100 BPJS and General patients who received the appropriate dose prescription.

Corticosteroids are drugs that contain steroid hormones that are useful for increasing steroid hormones in the body when needed, and relieving inflammation, as well as suppressing the overwork of the immune system. Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers by taking 10 random prescriptions in January there were 4% prescriptions, in March there were 2% and in May there were 6% prescriptions containing corticosteroid drugs. The purpose of this study is to determine the pattern of prescribing oral corticosteroid drugs at Madukismo Farma Pharmacy for the May-August 2024 period. This study uses an observational method that is descriptive with retrospective data collection. with a total sample of 90 recipes. The results of the study found that regarding the pattern of prescribing oral corticosteroids based on gender and age, the most were female patients (56%) and 18-59 years old (80%). Meanwhile, the percentages based on the type of drug and the most drug class are methylprednisolone (78%) and glucocorticoid group (100%).

Hypertension is one of the most common diseases found in Indonesia. More than 63 million Indonesians suffer from hypertension with a death rate of more than 427 people. Based on a survey at the Kasihan II Community Health Center, hypertension cases were ranked first among the top ten diseases. This research was conducted to determine the pattern of antihypertensive drug prescribing at the Kasihan II Community Health Center in December 2023.
This research used a descriptive observational method. Retrospective data collection used medical record data and prescriptions from hypertensive patients in December 2023. Data was analyzed quantitatively by describing and calculating percentages including patient characteristics, type of hypertension therapy, antihypertensive drug class, comorbidities and antihypertensive drug dosage. The results of the data percentage are presented in table form.

The incidence of ARI in Indonesia in 2022 based on data amounted to 513,739 cases. Treatment in patients with acute rhinitis pharyngitis disorders is by using antibiotics and additional pharmacological therapy that can be given, namely decongestant drugs that can treat nasal congestion, antihistamine drugs that can reduce sneezing. This study aims to determine the pattern of antibiotic drug prescribing in patients with acute rhinitis pharyngitis disorders at the Kimia Farma 275 Yogyakarta Clinic in the October-December 2023 period. This study used a descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection. Data collection through antibiotic prescriptions from patients with symptoms of Acute Rhinitis Pharyngitis at the Kimia Farma Clinic 275 Yogyakarta in the period October-December 2023.
