Pola Penggunaan Obat Antihipertensi Pada Pasien Rawat Jalan di Rumah Sakit Bethesda Lempuyangwangi Yogyakarta Periode Mei - Juli 2023

Abstract

Hypertension is still one of the diseases whose prevalence has increased and is estimated to reach 29.2% in year 2025. In previous studies related to the pattern of use of antihypertensive drugs, the most widely used single antihypertensive drug is amlodipine, while the combination antihypertensive drugs used are amlodipine and candesartan. The combination used was amlodipine and candesartan. Objective This study aims to determine the pattern of use of hypertension drugs at Bethesda Lempuyangwangi Hospital Yogyakarta during May to July 2023. The research methodology used is an observational method that is methodology used was descriptive observational method by taking data from prescriptions and medical records retrospectively in records retrospectively from May 2023 to July 2023. Data were analysed quantitatively, namely by describing and calculating the percentage of each drug and drug class and type of therapy. percentage of each drug and the most widely used drug class and type of therapy.
