Kajian Kelengkapan Resep Non BPJS Secara Administratif dan Farmasetik di Apotek Ramadhan Yogyakarta Periode Juli - Desember 2023

Abstract

Medication error is a health problem that can affect patients. One of the steps to prevent and reduce the risk of medication errors is to conduct a prescription review / prescription screening. The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of patient prescriptions at the Ramadhan Yogyakarta Pharmacy based on administrative aspects and pharmaceutical aspects for the period July - December 2023. This study used a descriptive observational method, with restrospective data collection on patient prescriptions for the period July - December 2023. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling technique on 276 prescriptions. Data were analyzed including the percentage of administrative and pharmacetic completeness.
