Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil terhadap Pentingnya Asam Folat pada Kehamilan di Klnik Utama Amanah Yogyakarta Periode Januari 2023
The use of folic acid at the Utama Amanah Clinic in Yogyakarta is included in the fast-moving category and the number of folic acid prescriptions purchased at the Utama Amanah Clinic Yogyakarta was recorded as ± 158 prescriptions in the period August – October 2022. Apart from playing an important role in embryo development, folic acid also prevents defects in the fetus in the brain and spine. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of folic acid in pregnancy at the Utama Amanah Clinic Yogyakarta for the period of January 2023. The method in this research uses an observational method that is descriptive in nature with a questionnaire. The sample in this study was taken using a simple random sampling technique with 110 pregnant women at the Utama Amanah Clinic Yogyakarta who bought folic acid with a prescription or non-prescription. The results of the questionnaire data collected were calculated by the percentage of the assessment to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women included in the category of good, sufficient, and poor knowledge. Research on the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding the importance of folic acid in pregnancy at the Utama Amanah Clinic Yogyakarta in January 2023 obtained results, namely 45% good knowledge, 42% sufficient knowledge, and 13% insufficient knowledge
