Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Penyimpanan Obat Pada masyarakat Di Dusun TegalRejo Desa Sariharjo Kecamatan Ngaglik Kabupaten Sleman Periode Februari 2023

Abstract

The Indonesian people store medicines for self-medication which are obtained from doctor's prescriptions or purchased freely by 63.7% including 27.8% antibiotics and 35.7% hard drugs. On the other hand, increasing use of drugs in the community can have negative impacts, such as errors in storing medicines due to a lack of understanding and knowledge. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge about drug storage in the community in TegalRejo Hamlet, Sariharjo Village, Ngaglik District, Sleman Regency in 2023. The method used in this research is descriptive observational with the technique of collecting data through questionnaires. Data analysis in this study was presented in a descriptive form with the results of the percentage by giving a score or rating and interpreted using the criteria for the level of knowledge in the categories of good, sufficient, lacking. The results showed that the level of public knowledge of drug storage was in the good category by 15 respondents (17%), sufficient by 21 respondents (23%), and less by 54 respondents (60%). So it can be concluded that the level of public knowledge of drug storage in Tegalrejo Hamlet, Sariharjo Village, Ngaglik District is lacking.
