Pola Peresepan Obat Antidiare pada Pasien Anak di Puskesmas Bantul I Tahun 2024
ABSTRACT Diarrheal diseases are the third leading cause of death in children under 5 years old. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2024, the death rate is around 443,832 children each year. The prevalence of diarrhea in Indonesia according to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020 was 9.8%. The number of diarrhea cases in Yogyakarta Province in 2022 was 29,190 cases. The number of diarrhea cases in Bantul Regency in 2021 is 1,919 cases. This study was used to determine the pattern of diarrhea drug prescribing in pediatric patients at the Bantul I Health Center in 2024. This study used a descriptive observational method with retrospective data collection. Sampling using saturated sampling technique as many as 60 samples, where this study was conducted by taking data from Medical Records in the form of prescriptions for diarrhea patients in children in 2024. Data were analyzed by calculating the percentage of gender, age, name of diarrhea medicine, class of diarrhea medicine and dose of diarrhea medicine based on MIMS 2023.
